Your missions will consist of:

CTo carry out a prospection of goods on a geographical area in the sector of Cluny (71).
Estimate the properties of the Sellers that you are prospecting for or proposed to the Agency.
Ensure the development of the reputation of the Agency and develop its turnover.
Assure the promotion of the goods with your acquirer file.
Perform the visits, advise the Purchasers and conduct the negotiation until the sale.
Be concerned about the quality of the service provided to Sellers and Buyers.

Your profile:

An excellent presentation.
Strong motivation, tenacity and responsiveness.
A pronounced taste for stone, history, decoration and the arts.
An important relational network on the sector of Cluny in Saône-et-Loire (71).
A good knowledge of the local real estate market.
